For Baskets

All baskets can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery—basket must be returned in the original condition and be undamaged. Customer pays return postage.

All returns are sent back at the customer’s own cost and own risk. We would advise using a reputable courier, as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it. A full refund, minus our original postage costs, will then be made within 14 days via the original method of payment.

We carefully check and inspect all of our work prior to shipping. However, if any faults or damage are found upon receipt of the item, customers need to notify me by email (contact@wildrosebasketry.ie)  within 7 days of receipt of the goods. A refund will be arranged and we will do all we can to resolve the issue. 

Any repair needed for a basket as the result of daily or heavy use, improper storing conditions, woodworm, mishandling, etc will be charged at €30/hour + materials fee.

For Courses

Please note, I have a strict cancellation policy for courses due to the cost of venue hire, the expensive materials that are prepared 10 days+ before the course date, the small class size, and the days of preparation that go into offering these courses. I understand that life can throw one unexpected circumstances beyond our control, and I will always do my best to fill your space in the event of a cancellation.

For cancellations more than 7 days before the course date:

In the event that you cannot make a booked course 7 days before the course date, the course fee is only semi-refundable with a €30 processing fee if your space can be booked. If your place cannot be booked there will be no refund issued.

For cancellations less than 7 days before course date:

If cancellation is made within 7 days of the course, no refund will be issued.
